Return Policy for Thidashop – Print-on-Demand Clothing Webshop

Thank you for shopping at Thidashop – Print-on-Demand Clothing Webshop. As all our products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we do offer the option to exchange your order or receive a voucher for the purchase price.

Returning Products

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange it for another product or receive a voucher for the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact us at info@thidashop.com to discuss the issue and initiate the return process.

When contacting our customer service, we will ask for your order number and contact information. After verifying the order, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

The product must be unworn and unwashed and returned in the original packaging. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will exchange it for the desired product or issue a voucher for the purchase price.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thidashop.com. If we have not yet started producing the product, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If we have already started producing the product, we regret that we are unable to cancel the order.
